MOTH AND RABBIT
The 2016-founded MOTH AND RABBIT Perfumes (M.A.R.) is a perfumery with locations in Berlin and Paris that bases its use of scents to communicate stories on the ideas of reproduction and change. Elke Filpes and SeongNam, the founders of M.A.R., have so far suggested 11 unisex perfumes made by perfumer Mark Buxton. Buxton aimed to stimulate the olfactory sense through the blending of scents in order to evoke and perceive the representation of contemporary society expressed by filmmakers in their most significant cinematic works. In other words, fusing the visual experience of the previous decades with the olfactory one.
