Shipping Policy

The goods will be shipped on working days, Monday to Friday via FedEx or Austrian Post. As confirmation you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping costs indicated in currency may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are estimated based on the service offered by the courier. Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date. Delivery times may be longer during holidays and absences from our shop for business trips. In this case, we will not fail to inform our customers. Orders received by 2pm will be processed the following day by 2pm. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Non-EU: Free shipping for order over  € 300

Please note that import duties that may apply once your shipment arrives in the destination country are not included in your shipping costs. During holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Please note that if the customer refuses delivery of the package for any reason, they will be responsible for shipping costs and any import taxes associated with automatically returning the package to the sender. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.

Delivery was unsuccessful because the customer was not reachable at the delivery address provided, although delivery was made within the stated delivery time, or if the address provided was incorrect, the customer will cover any costs of failure delivery. If the package is not successfully delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order due to incorrect or incomplete data such as telephone number, address, postal code, and other essential information, the package with the order may be returned to Austria. In this case costs are borne by the customer, including any import taxes that may be assessed upon return to Austria. These expenses will be deducted from any refund.
