Ambery Perfumes

Amber Perfumes are built around warm, resinous, and balsamic accords. Their classic structure often combines labdanum, benzoin, and vanilla: labdanum introduces resinous depth and leathery nuances; benzoin provides a balsamic sweetness with hints of vanilla; and vanilla imparts roundness and softness. The proportions of these elements define the character of the accord. A more pronounced resinous component can make it dark and dry, while a greater emphasis on vanilla notes can accentuate its soft, enveloping quality. Spices, incense, woods, or floral notes further expand its facets—without the sweetness necessarily dominating the composition.
