1. How to Track Your Order
Carrier: We ship all orders via FedEx.
Tracking details: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (AWB).
To track your parcel, visit the official FedEx website, enter your tracking number in the tracking field and click “Track”.
2. Order Processing and Handling Times
Orders are handed over to the carrier on working days, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed by 2:00 p.m.: These will be processed by 2:00 p.m. the following day.
Weekend orders: All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Potential delays: Delivery may be delayed during holidays or when the store is closed for business travel. In such cases, you will be promptly informed.

Delivery times are calculated from the actual shipping date. All delivery times shown below are in working days.

4. Important Information About Duties, Customs and Failed Delivery
Taxes and Customs Duties
Countries with duties INCLUDED: Prices displayed on the website already include VAT and customs duties for the following destinations:
United Kingdom, United States, Japan, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Canada, Bahrain, Brunei Darussalam, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates.
Other Countries (Duties EXCLUDED): For countries not listed above, any applicable duties and taxes are payable entirely by the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier.
Failed Delivery or Refusal of the Parcel
Incorrect address or unavailable recipient: If delivery fails because the details provided are incorrect or incomplete, or because the recipient is unavailable, the customer will be responsible for all resulting costs. If the parcel is returned to Italy, return shipping costs and the associated import taxes will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund.
Refusal of delivery: If the customer refuses the parcel, all shipping costs and import duties required for its automatic return to the sender will be deducted from the total refund.
