Return and Refund

To request a return, please follow the instructions below. Full conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, returning products and receiving a refund are available in Sections 6 and 7 of our Terms and Conditions.

How to Request a Return

Open Return Requests in the Customer Service menu. Sign in using the email address used for your purchase and the verification code sent to you by email.

Select the order and the product you wish to return, complete the required information and submit your request. Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions by email on how to arrange the return shipment.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, you must notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of delivery and dispatch the parcel within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

You can also notify us by email at info@apodep.com, by certified email (PEC) at verbumglobal@pec.it, or by post to the address below. You may use the Withdrawal Form attached to your invoice or available to download from our website. Use of this form is optional.

How to Prepare Your Parcel

Place the product in its original packaging together with the accessories supplied. Protect the original packaging with a sturdy outer shipping box and suitable protective material. Do not use the product’s original packaging as the outer shipping box.

Include the completed Return Form inside the parcel so that we can identify your order. The Return Form included with the parcel is separate from the optional Withdrawal Form.

Before shipping, please review the specific conditions for perfumes and sunglasses in Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions, including the information about packaging, seals, identification tags and accessories.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless otherwise specified in an active promotion on our website. We recommend a tracked service and suitable shipping insurance for high-value products.

Gifts and Promotional Items

If your purchase included gifts, please review Section 7.11 of our Terms and Conditions before preparing your parcel. This section distinguishes ordinary promotional gifts from a fragrance-testing sample expressly identified as a “Campioncino Salva-Reso”.

Inspection and Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

The product refund is based on the amount actually paid at the time of purchase, regardless of any subsequent price changes. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the payment method and its provider.
